ABC2 NETCAST - Family Looking for Mystery Hero
An Ohio family is looking for a man they say saved their lives from a fire that destroyed their home. Watch today's Netcast to see the incredible video of the fire. It happened Thursday near Columbus.
The family was sleeping inside the home when a man who was driving by pounded on the door and woke them up. The good samaritan even gave one of the children his flannel shirt to keep her warm, then he disappeared.
Today, the family wants to meet their mystery hero so they can personally thank him for saving their lives. The fire destroyed their home, but nobody was hurt.Our next story takes us the Charles County, Maryland where a fire truck rolled overturned.
Four firefighters were taken to the hospital but none of their injuries are considered to be life threatening.The truck snapped a utility pole during the crash but no other vehicles were involved. Authorities are trying to figure out what cause the crash.
Next, Britney Spears had a wild ride of her own last night. The pop singer was loaded onto a stretcher then into an ambulance. It happened after police were called to her home because of a custody dispute over her children.Police say Spears was under the influence of an unknown substance.
